The client was a marketing and design consultancy. Their client required one hundred 'A Class Mercedes' car models to use in a media campaign. The brief involved preparation of a master model with simplified details suitable for resin casting. The models were produced from pigmented polyurethane resin cast from silicone tools. The  pigmentation had to be carefully controlled because the models were used in their naturally cast finish. The wheels were cast separately and bonded in place.
