The client is a well known brand name in coarse angling. Their range of crystal 'loafers' are manufactured from a blow moulded body and injection moulded stem bonded together. The existing tooling for the stems needed rebuilding but the original part drawing had been lost. The brief was to reverse engineer the existing stems and prepare control drawings for the critical dimensions.
