The client is a well known brand name in specialist Carp angling. The client had developed a new range of strings and braids and needed a dispenser for use at the waterside. The brief was to design a single peice dispenser and separate spool for injection moulding which would snap fit assemble. Several concept designs were proposed and the final design featured a single part case with two integral hinges to create a spool compartment and a removeable lid. The design incorporated a pressed metal line cutter. CAD data was issued for tooling in conjunction with control drawings.
